"Platform" or "y111 Platform"
The website at y111.biz and all associated services, interfaces, and features operated by y111.
"Account"
The registered user account created by a Member to access y111's services, identified by a unique username or mobile number.
"Real Money Balance"
Funds deposited by the User in PKR, held in the Account and available for wagering or withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
"Bonus Funds"

"Wagering Requirement"

Registration and use of the y111 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. y111 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and conducts mandatory CNIC-based age verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- You are a natural person and are registering for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or account restriction on the y111 platform or any other gaming platform with which y111 has a shared player protection arrangement.
- You have not previously had an y111 account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
- All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information, including misrepresenting your age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Age Verification: y111 requires CNIC-based KYC verification before processing any withdrawal from a registered account. Accounts where age verification has not been completed will have withdrawals suspended until documentation is provided. In cases where the User is found to be under 21, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
Account Registration Process
To register a y111 account, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, create a password meeting y111's minimum security requirements, and accept these Terms. You may be required to provide additional personal information at the KYC verification stage, including but not limited to: full legal name as appearing on your CNIC, CNIC number, date of birth, and residential address.
y111 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y111 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify y111 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- y111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
- y111 representatives will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from y111 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
- y111 reserves the right to suspend an account and require re-verification where it detects unusual login patterns, potential unauthorized access, or other security anomalies.
y111 utilises 256-bit SSL encryption for all platform sessions and transactions. However, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for security breaches beyond its reasonable control.
y111 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed in the platform's cashier section at any given time. Currently supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Nayapay, GrabPay, and Cash OTC. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is as displayed in the cashier for each payment method and is subject to change at y111's discretion.
- All payment accounts used for deposits (JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, bank account) must be registered in the same legal name as the verified y111 account. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited.
- y111 does not charge deposit fees to Users. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which y111 accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits are credited to your y111 balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. y111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals from y111 are available to verified account holders with a positive Real Money Balance. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests:
- KYC Verification Required: Full CNIC-based identity and age verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals placed on hold pending document submission and review.
- Same-Method Policy: y111 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
- Withdrawal Timeframes: y111 targets the following processing times after internal approval: JazzCash (~3 minutes); EasyPaisa (~5 minutes); Bank Transfer (same business day). These are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on payment processor volumes.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier and may be updated at y111's discretion with reasonable notice.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. y111 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance. y111 offers various promotions, bonuses, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of x15 applies to bonus amounts. This means the total value of the bonus must be wagered fifteen (15) times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. All sports betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activities on y111 are subject to the following general gaming rules:
Sports Betting
- All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted and confirmed by the y111 system. Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation.
- Bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided, and stakes returned.
- Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to market availability and are binding upon receipt of confirmation from the y111 system. Network delays do not affect the validity of accepted bets.
- y111 reserves the right to void bets at any time where there is evidence of price errors, technical faults, or market integrity concerns.
- Cricket betting markets at y111 are governed by standard cricket betting rules. PSL matches, international Test matches, T20Is, and other recognised cricket events are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body.
Casino Games
- All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at y111 are independently certified for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
- Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) in certified studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical results and cannot be influenced by y111 or the Player.
- In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. y111's decision regarding such voids is final.
Result Finality: Once a bet or game round is confirmed as settled by the y111 system, the result is final. y111 does not accept requests to reverse settled results based on player error, misunderstanding of rules, or post-settlement information.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
- Registering more than one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or place of residence.

21+ Age Policy
y111 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. CNIC-based KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, confirming both identity and age. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate regulatory body.
Player-Controlled Limits

y111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a request has been issued by y111.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment claim associated with the account.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal requirement to do so.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, terms abuse, or criminal activity, y111 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in its entirety. In all other cases, the real money balance (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used verified payment method following investigation completion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y111 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any y111 content without express written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any y111 software or application.
- Use any y111 trademarks, brand names, or logos in any commercial context without prior written authorisation from y111.
- Create derivative works based on y111 content or platform features.
Any unauthorised use of y111's intellectual property may result in legal action. The licence granted herein terminates automatically upon closure of your y111 account for any reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y111 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the y111 platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages howsoever arising in connection with your use of the platform.
- Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processor delays not within y111's direct control.
- Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances arising from technical faults beyond y111's reasonable control, subject always to y111's obligation to correct confirmed errors in a timely manner.

y111 encourages resolution of all disputes through mutual negotiation and good-faith engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits a User's rights to pursue legal recourse through competent courts or applicable regulatory bodies as a last resort where internal resolution has not been achieved.
y111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect Users' rights or obligations, y111 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or notification to the registered contact details of active account holders.
Your continued use of the y111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date and withdraw any remaining real money balance.
